Completion of Veterans Memorial Building

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Nye County Board of Commissioners, on behalf of the Town of Pahrump, County of Nye, State of Nevada (herein called the “OWNER”) invites bids for the Completion of the Veterans Memorial Building to include electrical, water, sewer and plumbing all underground and HVAC Systems.

There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting on June 29, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.  at the Memorial Building in Chief Tecopa Cemetery 751 East Street Pahrump, NV 89048.

All bids must be in writing sealed in an envelope clearly marked “BID NO. TOP 2022-02 PWP-NY-2022–360. COMPLETION OF VETERANS MEMORIAL BUILDING, LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF PAHRUMP, NEVADA.” No verbal, e-mailed, or facsimile transmitted responses will be accepted or considered. The sealed responses will be accepted by Nye County Purchasing, Attn: Honey Strozzi, Purchasing and Contracts Administrator at 2101 E. Calvada Blvd., Ste. 200, Pahrump, NV 89048 until 2:00 p.m., July 14, 2022. Bids received after the deadline will not be honored, regardless of when postmarked or sent. One (1) original and two (2) copies of the bid must be included.

Opening of the responses will commence at 2:00 p.m. on July 14, 2022, in the Nye County Purchasing, 2101 E. Calvada Blvd., Ste. 200, Pahrump, Nevada 89048. The contract will be awarded upon approval by the Nye County Board of Commissioners.
