[ARCHIVED] Fourth of July Fireworks Show to continue with restrictions

The Town of Pahrump is taking steps to promote a safe and healthy Fourth of July Fireworks Show on Saturday that will allow this important community gathering under the state’s mandated face-covering and social distancing directives.

Petrack Park and the surrounding area will be CLOSED to foot traffic for the 9 pm fireworks show, and spectators are being asked to remain in their vehicles. Parking by the Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue Station and adjacent helicopter pad will be prohibited for safety reasons.

Spectators will not be allowed to gather in the park or adjacent arena area.

Basin Avenue will be closed at noon on Saturday from Highway 160 to Whitney Lane.

The Fourth of July Fireworks Show is hosted by the Town of Pahrump and will be overseen by Zambelli Fireworks.
